Return and Refund Policies

Backpack, Purse and Wand Holder Return/Refund Policy:

• Must be in original (new) condition (free of hexes, curses, stains, rips, tears, odors, pet hairs, unwashed, etc.)
• Must contact Flint & Lore within 7 days of receiving
• Buyer will pay all return shipping costs
• Once received by Flint & Lore, we will check the item for original (new) condition within 3 days of receipt
• If in original (new) condition, refund will be processed to the payment method used for original payment
• No returns/refunds on custom orders

Gnome Return/Refund Policy:

• No returns or refunds; Gnomes are family members and you don't return family members. :)
